Noted comedian Vivek broke his leg while shooting for his upcoming comedy flick Pathaayiram Kodi. While performing a jumping scene, Vivek lost his balance and injured his leg. Vivek was rushed to a near by hospital in Chennai where the doctors confirmed that he has a fracture. Shooting of the movie was cancelled. Pathaayiram Kodi is directed by a new comer Srinivasan Sundar.

Doctors have advised Vivek to take complete bed rest.
